Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with orders, product information, account issues, returns, and general concerns
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores)
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
