Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)

- College Undergraduate OR College Graduate
- with or without experience (Preferably 1 year)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional, efficient manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
