We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven B2B Sales Agent who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, and close deals with businesses, companies, government

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will manage the full sales cycle—from finding and qualifying potential accounts to presenting products, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and securing orders. Your main

responsibility is to generate new business, achieve sales targets, and build relationships that lead to repeat purchases and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Find and develop new accounts: Proactively reach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, referrals, client visits, and scheduled meetings.
• Connect with decision-makers: Build relationships with business owners, purchasing officers, procurement teams, hotel managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders.
• Qualify opportunities: Understand each client’s needs, budget, purchasing process, decision-makers, and expected buying timeline.
• Present solutions: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client’s operations and requirements.
• Prepare proposals: Create accurate quotations, sales proposals, and supporting documents. Coordinate internally on pricing, availability, and delivery commitments.
• Negotiate and close: Address objections, follow up consistently, negotiate within approved terms, and secure purchase orders or signed agreements.
• Support procurement requirements: Coordinate vendor accreditation, bid submissions, and other purchasing documentation when applicable.
• Manage the sales pipeline: Keep complete records of accounts, meetings, proposals, next steps, and expected closing dates in the company’s sales system.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and collections: Work with operations, logistics, and finance to support delivery, payment follow-ups, and customer satisfaction.
• Grow existing accounts: Identify repeat orders, upselling opportunities, referrals, and expansion into other branches or departments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B, corporate, institutional, or enterprise sales, with a track record of closing deals.
• Experience selling to companies, government agencies, hotels, property developers, schools, or similar organizations is an advantage.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and follow through on sales opportunities with longer approval processes.
• Clear and professional communication in English and Filipino.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant sales experience will also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and working toward monthly sales targets.
• Able to use spreadsheets, presentation tools, email, and CRM or sales tracking systems.
• Organized, persistent, accountable, and capable of working independently.
• Willing to learn product specifications and explain their practical value to clients.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for research and sales preparation is an advantage.
