Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
