FOH Supervisor

About the role

The Red Brick House Corp is seeking a dedicated FOH Supervisor to join our Front Office & Guest Services team. This is a full-time position based in Los Baños, Laguna , where you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. As FOH Supervisor, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, lead a team of guest services professionals, and serve as the primary point of contact for guest relations and operational excellence. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining our reputation as a premier hospitality destination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate front office staff, including receptionists and guest services associates, ensuring efficient and courteous service delivery at all times

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accuracy in all reservations and guest account information

• Address guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, implementing solutions that exceed guest expectations

• Monitor front desk operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry standards

• Maintain the appearance and functionality of the front office area, including the reception desk and lobby spaces

• Manage room inventory, allocation and special requests to optimise occupancy and guest satisfaction

• Prepare and review daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue figures and operational metrics

• Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance and management to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Train, mentor and evaluate front office team members, providing constructive feedback and supporting their professional development

• Handle cash management, payment processing and financial reconciliation procedures with accuracy

• Assist with scheduling and shift planning to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a front office or supervisory capacity

• Proven experience in guest relations and customer service excellence with a track record of positive feedback

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members

• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and front desk software platforms

• Thorough knowledge of hospitality operations, including reservations management, billing procedures and guest protocols

• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with composure and discretion

• Professional appearance and demeanour aligned with luxury hospitality standards

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

• Relevant hospitality qualifications or certifications such as Hotel Management or Front Office Management are preferred
