Branch Manager

- Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions, including but not limited to customer support and operations
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
- Analyze business requirements and customer needs
- Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Prepare reports that include sales data, financial activity, performance outcomes, goal achievement, and overall productivity to present to executive management
- Consult with other departmental managers to determine sales, discounts, or promotions and verify that all clinic staff are familiar with the details of what is being offered
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Monitor and report on department performance
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Must have at least 2–3 years experience in Managerial Level
- Must be can speak in English
- With experience in Aesthetic is plus
- Knowledgeable in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience in aesthetic clinic is an advantage
- Has a strong drive to meet sales target
- Has a strong background in sales
- Willing to be trained in Timog, Quezon City
- Willing to be assigned in Vista Mall Taguig
