Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and account monitoring
• Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other government-mandated requirements
• Prepare and process VAT, withholding tax, and other tax-related filings
• Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies when necessary
• Support payroll processing and expense management
• Maintain accurate and updated financial records
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience as a Finance Officer, Accountant, or similar role
• Must be familiar with bookkeeping procedures and financial documentation
• Strong knowledge of BIR regulations, VAT, government-mandated contributions, and tax compliance
• Experience handling tax filings and other finance-related government requirements
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
