REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil / Construction) or equivalent
- Professional License Holder (Passed Board / Licensure Exam)
- 1-4 years experience in the design and construction industry
- Hard skills: Project Management, MS Office, AutoCad
- Soft skills: self-motivated, assertiveness, willingness to learn
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare pre-con and closeout requirements
- Monitor and report progress on site
- Coordinate with construction team
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Oversee materials requisition and delivery
- Prepare SOP reports (Change Order Log, Meeting Minutes, Manpower Reports, Punch List)
- Ensure compliance to proper construction techniques
- Ensure quality standards
- Ensure on-time completion of projects
