Project Supervisor

1. Oversee daily construction progress, quality assurance, and site safety management;
2. Review construction drawings, structural plans, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), as-built drawings, and other technical documentation;
3. Lead design optimization, multi-disciplinary coordination, and technical issue resolution on site;
4. Organize site inspections and implement quality, safety, and environmental standards;
5. Participate in contractor evaluation, contract negotiation, and change order management;
6. Coordinate with architects, consultants, government agencies, and subcontractors for technical integration;
7. Assist in construction permitting, project handover documentation, and final inspections;
8. Manage construction costs and contribute to engineering processes under EPC, PPP, or BERDE-related frameworks.
1. Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC, Philippines);
2. Strong professional ethics and excellent communication and coordination skills;
3. Minimum 6 years of experience in construction, project management, or large-scale development projects;
4. Proficient in structural systems, formwork, steel structures, building codes, and safety regulations;
5. Experience in architectural design review, BOQ preparation, and contract management;
6. Familiarity with government-led projects, PPP models, or green building programs such as BERDE;
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools;
8. Holding professional certifications such as Licensed Architect, Construction Manager, or Quantity Surveyor is a plus.
