Description - Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products and services.
- Document service requests and technical solutions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Upsell relevant products and services based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in customer service or technical support role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills and experience in a call center environment
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills in English
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Working Conditions: Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
