Job Responsibilities:
Provided customer support for television services, handling account inquiries, billing concerns, service requests, and basic technical troubleshooting. Resolved customer issues professionally, processed account changes, documented interactions, and ensured a positive customer experience.
- Assisted customers with television service inquiries, account concerns, billing questions, and service requests.
- Provided basic troubleshooting assistance for TV channels, signal issues, connectivity, and equipment-related concerns.
- Processed account updates, service changes, payments, and other customer requests accurately.
- Investigated customer concerns and provided appropriate solutions while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Explained television plans, features, promotions, and service policies clearly to customers.
- Documented customer interactions and service issues accurately in the company system.
- Escalated complex technical or account-related concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintained excellent customer service and communication standards while handling multiple customer interactions.
- Followed company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
