---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Associate WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: • Perform detailed data gathering and analyze the gathered data • Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing Enhanced Due Diligence • Conducting PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks • Compliance with regulations and attainment of client RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service Mindset: • All Supplier personnel should maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions. Supplier personnel should be empathetic, patient, and have a strong desire to help users resolve their issues efficiently. The ultimate aim is to provide positive customer experience. Communication Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for these roles hereunder. Associates should be able to express ideas clearly and explain complex concepts in simple terms. Supplier personnel should also have the ability to listen effectively to understand the user's issue fully before offering solution. Problem Solving Skills • The ability to quickly identify problems and provide effective solutions is vital. This requires a combination of analytical thinking and creativity. Confidential and Data Privacy • Associates should respect user privacy and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to the company's privacy and any relevant laws and regulations.
