Training: On Site Work Set-up
After the Training: Hybrid Work Set-Up

Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of commercial banking clients.
- Ensure full compliance with banking policies and regulations while proactively identifying and addressing current and future client needs.
- Serve as the primary phone-based point of contact, delivering timely and accurate support across a wide range of commercial banking products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Open for Undergraduate
- At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
- Amenable to work in Q.C.
