CHANNEL ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT related course.
- Proficient in computer application such as MS Word and Excel.
- Good in selling and negotiation.
- Knows how to deal clients.
- Can work with less supervision.
- Flexible and goal oriented.
- At least 2 years up work related experience in sales.
- Experience in selling IT products is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- To promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to
existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Respond to queries from customers, identifying needs in product & services.
- Coordinate sales with team and other Team departments.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through calling.
