• Assist in coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery receipts, and invoices.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock records.
• Support logistics operations, including receiving and releasing items.
• Track shipments and update the logistics database or system.
• Communicate with company drivers and delivery staff regarding deliveries.
• Help schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or damages to the Logistics Officer or Supervisor.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory audits.
