Logistics Driver (Pasig City)

The Logistics Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods to and from assigned locations. This role ensures that all deliveries are completed according to schedule while maintaining vehicle safety, cargo integrity, and compliance with traffic and company regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles (e.g., trucks, vans) to transport goods to designated destinations.
• Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of cargo according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (e.g., brakes, lights, fluid levels, tires) to ensure roadworthiness.
• Report and address mechanical issues promptly to prevent operational disruptions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.
• Adhere to all traffic laws , safety procedures , and company policies during vehicle operation.
• Comply with transportation regulations , including licensing, rest periods, and driving hour limits.
• Provide regular updates to the Logistics Supervisor or Logistics Analyst regarding delivery status.
• Communicate promptly in case of delays, accidents, or other incidents encountered on the road.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class (restrictions 1,2,3).
• Proven experience in logistics or delivery driving.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and secure heavy goods safely.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle checks and minor troubleshooting.
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
