Advertising Team Leader

Key responsibilities
Lead ADS agents during the shift and assign campaigns based on priority and performance needs.
Review campaign setups before launch, including objectives, targeting, budgets, bids, placements, creatives, links, and conversion tracking.
Create, edit, and troubleshoot Meta/Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads campaigns when needed.
Monitor spend pacing and KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Conduct campaign quality checks and identify setup, tracking, spending, creative, or reporting issues.
Coach ADS Staff on campaign workflows, optimization, scaling, data interpretation, and troubleshooting.
Track team productivity, campaign quality, errors, and improvement areas.
Escalate major account, tracking, policy, spending, or performance risks to the ADS Manager.
Maintain accurate reports and enforce company SOPs and advertising platform policies.
About you
At least 2 years of hands-on paid advertising experience with proven campaign results.
Team leadership, coaching, supervision, or quality-control experience is preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, pixels/events, conversion tracking, and reporting.
Able to analyze campaign KPIs and provide clear optimization actions to the team.
Strong leadership, communication, delegation, problem-solving, and conflict-management skills.
Organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple agents, campaigns, and urgent concerns.
Able to demonstrate or clearly explain previous paid-media campaign results and experience.
