The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the proper movement and availability of products. The role involves coordinating with different teams, conducting inventory counts, resolving discrepancies, and preparing inventory reports to support efficient business operations. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stocks and deliveries.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track stock movement, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Prepare inventory reports and maintain proper documentation.
