About the role
We are looking for a Healthcare Scheduler with at least 6 months of BPO healthcare experience to join our team. The role involves coordinating patient appointments, handling healthcare-related calls, verifying patient information, and providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Handle inbound and/or outbound healthcare-related calls as assigned.
Verify patient information, appointment schedules, and relevant details.
Assist patients with scheduling inquiries and appointment concerns.
Provide professional and courteous customer service.
Maintain accurate patient records, appointment details, and documentation.
Coordinate scheduling-related concerns with the appropriate teams.
Follow established healthcare guidelines, company policies, and client procedures.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality when handling patient information.
About you
At least 6 months of BPO healthcare experience.
Good English verbal and written communication skills.
Experience handling healthcare-related customer inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
At least High School or Senior High School Graduate.
Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City and night shift.
