Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language; excellent customer service skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with potential for back office support duties.
