Role Overview
The ECOM Supervisor leads the development, management, and growth of OSH’s e-commerce channel, overseeing both strategy and execution. The role ensures strong platform performance, drives channel expansion, and builds partnerships to establish e-commerce as a key business pillar.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
E-commerce Channel Management - oversee end-to-end operations across all platforms, including storefront management, backend processes, order handling, and fulfillment coordination.
Customer Experience and Servicing Oversight - ensure consistent, timely, and brand-aligned customer servicing across all platforms. Establish response standards, monitor performance, and improve customer satisfaction and ratings.
Business Development and Channel Expansion - identify, open, and grow new e-commerce channels such as marketplaces, aggregators, distributors, and modern trade e-commerce.
Account and Partner Management - manage relationships with platform partners, distributors, and key accounts to ensure strong performance and collaboration.
Strategy Development and Execution - develop and implement strategies to grow traffic, conversion, and sales. Optimize pricing, promotions, bundles, and assortment.
Campaign and Commercial Planning - work with Brand Marketing to execute campaigns, platform promotions, and exclusive online offers.
Operational Leadership - ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Sales Admin, and other teams for fulfillment, stock availability, and platform execution.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics - track and analyze performance metrics such as sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, and platform KPIs. Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Storefront and Content Optimization - ensure all stores are updated, optimized, and aligned with brand standards to maximize visibility and conversion.
Process Development and Optimization - build systems, SOPs, and workflows to professionalize and scale e-commerce operations.
Team Supervision and Development - supervise e-commerce personnel, ensuring accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
Experience
3–5+ years in e-commerce, digital sales, or account management
Industry Exposure
FMCG, retail, or digital commerce preferred
Technical Skills
E-commerce platforms, analytics tools, digital marketing, reporting
Additional Advantage
Experience in building e-commerce channels, partnerships, and distributor networks
