Meta Ads Specialist (Onsite Work)

Campaign Setup & Management
Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Own campaign structure: objectives, audiences, placements, bidding, budgets, and naming conventions
Manage retargeting and full-funnel setups (prospecting → retargeting → re-engagement)
Creative Testing & Iteration
Create a clear weekly creative testing plan (angles, hooks, formats, offers)
Brief designers/editors with specific concepts, examples, and performance feedback
Track creative performance and quickly scale winners and replace fatigue
Optimization & Performance
Optimize toward KPIs: CPA/CPL, conversion rate, ROAS (when relevant), and lead quality
Monitor frequency, CPM, CTR, hook rate (TikTok), and conversion metrics to diagnose issues
Run structured A/B tests (creative, audiences, landing pages, forms, lead flows)
Tracking & Data Quality
Ensure correct conversion tracking (Pixel + CAPI for Meta, TikTok Pixel + Events API if applicable)
Work with the tracking/analytics team to troubleshoot attribution and event quality
Maintain clean reporting and campaign documentation (notes, changes, insights)
Reporting & Communication
Provide weekly performance summaries with what happened, why, and what you’re changing next
Highlight risks early (creative fatigue, tracking drops, lead quality changes)
Share insights that improve landing pages, forms, and offers
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years hands-on experience running Meta Ads (required)
1+ years hands-on experience running TikTok Ads (required)
Strong knowledge of:
Audience strategies (broad, interest, lookalikes, retargeting)
Conversion-focused creative testing frameworks
Lead gen flows (instant forms and website funnels)
Performance diagnosis (CPM/CTR/CVR/CPA and what levers to pull)
Comfortable managing budgets and scaling spend without breaking performance
Strong English communication and clear, structured reporting
