ESG Supervisor

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in sustainability, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, corporate social responsibility, and governance frameworks. The role includes supporting Managers and Partners in managing ESG-related engagements, mentoring and supervising junior team members, and working closely with clients to design and implement impactful ESG initiatives and strategies. In addition, the candidate will contribute to business development efforts through marketing support, proposal preparation, presentation development, and conducting research and analysis on relevant industry topics Qualifications: Graduate degree in sustainability/environment (environmental science/geology) or engineering (chemical/mechanical/mining/sanitary) from reputed institutes in the Philippines with a focus on environment, sustainability, and climate change issues. Strong and demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills With 3 years or more of experience in Climate Change, the environment and sustainability-related areas, preferably with a reputed consulting firms, financial services institutions, or research firms Training on sustainability frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Familiarity with ESG principles is advantageous. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA ESG, LEED) is a plus Location: Makati Work set-up: Hybrid (3days onsite & 2 days WFH)
