As a Sales Manager Candidate, you will be responsible for sales growth and strengthening customer relationships in the Philippine market. You are expected to develop into a Sales Manager role and lead the team in the future. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets Strengthen relationships with existing clients and expand business opportunities Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities Conduct proposal-based sales, presentations, and price negotiations Handle quotation preparation, order management, and delivery coordination with internal and external stakeholders Provide guidance and support to team members as needed [Must]
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience in B2B for at least 5 years.
- Background in cables, electrical products, industrial materials, or related trading business is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a managerial role
