Accounts Payables Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the accounts payable function within the hotel. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments, while supporting the Chief Accountant and Accountant in month-end and year-end closing processes. The supervisor enforces compliance with financial policies, maintains confidentiality of financial data, and fosters effective communication with vendors and internal departments.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA or equivalent certification preferred but not required. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor or in General Accounting, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel accounting systems (e.g., Infor Sun Systems), and solid knowledge of accounting principles. Effective leadership, analytical ability, and communication skills are required, along with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
