Procurement & Planning Supervisor - 3yrs Experience

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or a related field At least 2 years experience in procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain supervision Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, forecasting, and inventory control methods Ability to analyze data and make informed operational decisions Experience working with ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Responsibilities: Supervise daily procurement and material planning activities across departments Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or excess stock Review purchase requisitions and ensure timely issuance of purchase orders Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment Analyze demand forecasts and align procurement plans with operational requirements Track supplier performance and resolve delays, quality issues, or service concerns Prepare procurement and planning reports for management review Support cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and process improvements
