Location: EDSA Greenfield (Onsite) Salary: Up to ₱31,000 per month Job Overview: We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Healthcare Account in EDSA Greenfield. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare customer service experience who are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic and rewarding industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, claims, and account concerns
  • Assist members and providers with healthcare-related requests and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions while maintaining high-quality customer service
  • Document customer interactions and account updates accurately
  • Follow company policies and healthcare compliance standards
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
  • At least 6 months Call Center Experience in a Healthcare Account
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules
