Bellsoft Global is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a Retail Account. In this role, you’ll assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and account concerns while building valuable experience in the BPO industry. What You’ll Do:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and promotions
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system
• Escalate more complex concerns when necessary
• Maintain customer service and productivity standards
