We are seeking talented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced and dynamic team at Sagility Iloilo. As a fulltime Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the healthcare industry. What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Addressing customer concerns and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Actively participating in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills
What we're looking for
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with call centre or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
