Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
