Description - Act as the technical expert for the product line, providing support to clients and internal teams.
- Develop and deliver product training for both staff and customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and usability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective product positioning and promotion.
- Assist in the development of product documentation and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a product-focused role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
