Invoice to Cash Manager (PG30) - Credit Management & Reporting

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Invoice to Cash Manager to lead credit management and reporting operations within Global Services Finance. The role oversees customer credit risk, portfolio governance, and analytics while managing a team and partnering across business functions to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end credit management and I2C reporting operations against service levels and governance requirements
- Establish and enhance credit policies, risk frameworks, reporting standards, and performance measurement methodologies
- Manage customer credit risk, portfolio exposure, credit limits, and order release processes
- Deliver actionable performance and risk insights across cash application, collections, disputes, and credit management
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing finance or credit operations teams
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management and order-to-cash processes
- Proficiency with financial reporting, analytics, and KPI development
- Experience with process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives
- Ability to partner effectively across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions
- Demonstrated compliance and internal controls expertise
