- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales training, outside sales, insurance, CRM, lead generation, and cold calling. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, primarily phone-based communication.
- Qualities and Traits: Motivated, persuasive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
