Sales Agent

Sales that can identify, engage with potential prospects, promote and sell products & services. Building customer relationships and achieving sales target will be the key to success. The role will help clients prepare for their future funeral needs and a protected investment for their future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify prospect through various online platforms, databases and outreach activities.
• Present, explain and sell memorial plans; including its coverages, benefits, and flexible payment options
• Educate clients on the importance of pre-arranged funeral planning
• Recommend suitable plans based on client needs.
• Assist clients with the application process.
• Meet activity targets and achieve sales goals.
• Provide after-sales services, intent on maintaining good client relationships.
Qualifications:
• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• Sales experience is an advantage, but fresh applicants are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, trustworthy, and professional in handling sensitive topics
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willing to do fieldwork
