We're looking for experienced Phone Sales Agents who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a proven track record in solar campaign telesales. If you're results-driven, confident on the phone, and passionate about exceeding targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Non-Negotiable Requirement
Previous experience in a Solar Energy Campaign (Residential and/or Commercial).
Candidates must have handled outbound phone sales, telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales within the solar industry. Applications without prior solar campaign experience will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customer energy needs.
- Present SolarUp's products through consultative selling.
- Handle objections and confidently close sales.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas CBD on a permanent day shift.
- Available to start ASAP.
