Job Title: Telemarketing and Sales Outbound (Night Shift)
Location: Remote / EMEA Region
Industry: Background Screening Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact and engage potential clients across the EMEA region via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities to promote background screening solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects through a CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for senior sales team members or conduct product demos when required.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead generation and client onboarding processes.
- Provide regular feedback on customer insights and market intelligence.
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in the HR tech , B2B SaaS , or background screening industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred.
