We are seeking a Zoho Developer to lead the integration of smart automation solutions across finance, social media, marketing, therapy operations, and HR processes.

Role Overview

As a Zoho Developer, you will design, implement, and manage automation solutions that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance client and team experiences. You will work across financial systems, therapy service workflows, social media, marketing, and HR, ensuring seamless data flow and AI-powered decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Business Automation

Integrate Xero with Power BI, Syft, Fathom, or Zoho Books for automated financial reporting.

Develop real-time dashboards tracking NDIS vs. Non-NDIS revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Automate invoicing, payroll, accounts payable/receivable reconciliation, and grant tracking.

Implement AI-powered cash flow forecasting and risk analysis tools.

2. Therapy Workflow Automation

Implement AI-powered scheduling for therapy appointments, syncing with calendars.

Set up progress tracking dashboards for therapists to monitor client goals.

Automate post-session documentation, therapist notes, and compliance reporting.

Streamline therapy session feedback collection and follow-ups.

Integrate automation tools within Zoho CRM and Splose to enhance client management and service delivery.

3. Social Media & Marketing Automation

Refine Zoho Social to replace Hootsuite for content automation.

Automate recurring evergreen posts using scheduling for optimal engagement.

Integrate social media insights into Zoho Analytics, Power BI or Google Locker for performance tracking.

Implement AI chatbots and automated email sequences for client engagement.

4. AI-Driven HR & Team Engagement Automation

Automate HR workflows including onboarding, training, and performance tracking.

Integrate Happy HR for team member surveys, feedback collection, and compliance tracking.

Implement AI-driven sentiment analysis on employee feedback and engagement surveys.

Develop dashboards for HR analytics and reporting on team well-being and productivity.

5. AI-Driven Process Optimisation & Reporting

Use Zoho Flow, Zapier, Power Automate, or Make to connect business applications.

Implement AI-driven client and employee communication tools (e.g., chatbot integration for FAQs).

Develop predictive analytics models for therapy demand, staff workload, and business growth.

Automate compliance tracking for NDIS, payroll, HR policies, and data security requirements.

Generate AI-powered reports across all automated systems for strategic decision-making.

Who We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

✅ 3+ years experience in automation, AI integration, and process optimisation.

✅ Expertise in Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Flow, Zoho CRM, Google Looker Studio or other social automation tools.

✅ Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or Zoho Flow.

✅ Ability to build and optimise data pipelines, APIs, and AI-driven workflows.

✅ Strong analytical mindset with experience in business intelligence reporting.

Desirable Skills

➕ Experience with healthcare automation & therapy service delivery platforms.

➕ Willingness to quickly learn practice management software Splose

➕ Background in financial forecasting, budgeting, and grant reporting automation.

➕ Familiarity with NDIS, Australian data privacy laws, and compliance automation tools.

➕ Experience in AI-driven HR engagement and workforce analytics.

➕ Proficiency in WordPress, including Divi Child, website maintenance, and security best practices.

Compensation

Competitive Salary: PHP 31,000 per month

100% Remote Work – Work from anywhere

Work-life balance with overlap of your 8-hour shift needed during core team hours of 7:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine time and flexibility to manage your workload outside of that

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure efficiency in this role, the following equipment and internet setup are required:

Desktop or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or higher and at least 8GB of RAM.

Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mbps and a backup connection.

Noise-cancelling headphones and a working web camera for video meetings.

A quiet, professional workspace.
