GoHighLevel Platform & Outreach Specialist (Part-time)

Position: GOHIGHLEVEL PLATFORM & OUTREACH SPECIALIST

Salary range : Php 65,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: Following AU business hours initially at 20hours per week but will progress to full time

Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

About the Company & Role

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Platform & Outreach Specialist to take ownership of a growing GoHighLevel environment for an Australian professional services business.

The business is currently using only a portion of what GoHighLevel can do—and we know there is significant untapped potential. This role is not about maintaining an existing setup or simply following a specification . We’re looking for someone who has genuinely operated the full GoHighLevel platform and can identify what we’re leaving on the table, recommend improvements, and build the systems to put those improvements into practice.

You’ll work across advanced automation, funnels, campaigns, CRM architecture, reporting, data management, and cold outreach operations for multiple client campaigns. Accuracy is critical, particularly when managing large contact imports, campaign segmentation, pipeline stages, and email/SMS deliverability. If you know GoHighLevel beyond the basics and enjoy building smarter, more reliable systems, this is an opportunity to take real ownership of the platform.

What You’ll Do

GoHighLevel & Automation

• Build and manage advanced multi-step workflows and automations.
• Work with branching logic, conditions, wait steps, custom values, and workflow-to-workflow triggers.
• Build lead routing, follow-up, nurture, and campaign automations.
• Create reusable Snapshots and templated builds for repeatable implementation.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimise workflows before they go live.
• Identify underutilised GoHighLevel features and recommend practical improvements.

Funnels, Forms & Booking

• Build and publish GoHighLevel funnels and landing pages.
• Create and connect forms and surveys to workflows.
• Configure calendars, availability, routing, and booking processes.
• Test the complete lead journey from capture through follow-up and booking.

Email & SMS Campaigns

• Build and manage email and SMS outreach campaigns.
• Create campaign sequences, timing, personalisation, and follow-up logic.
• Manage multiple campaigns for different clients simultaneously.
• Maintain campaign-specific segmentation, exclusions, and suppression lists.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify potential issues.

CRM, Pipelines & Reporting

• Build and maintain pipelines and opportunity stages.
• Manage Smart Lists, custom fields, custom values, and tag architecture.
• Ensure pipeline stages accurately reflect campaign and client activity.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards.
• Identify data inconsistencies that could affect client reporting or campaign performance.
• Maintain accurate work queues for front-line coordinators.

Data & Campaign Operations

• Perform high-volume contact imports with accurate campaign tagging.
• Clean, validate, and deduplicate contact data before import.
• Ensure contacts are assigned to the correct campaign.
• Prevent duplicate outreach and cross-contamination between campaigns.
• Manage suppression lists and exclusions.
• Prepare weekly data exports for individual client campaigns.

Deliverability & Compliance

• Support email domain authentication and warm-up processes.
• Monitor bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, and sender reputation.
• Manage sender registration and campaign compliance requirements.
• Identify potential deliverability issues before they affect active campaigns.
• Maintain safe and structured outreach processes.

Platform Development

• Explore and implement GoHighLevel capabilities that are currently underused.
• Develop practical applications for Memberships and Communities as the business expands its use of the platform.
• Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
• Document important workflows and repeatable processes.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in CRM, marketing automation, sales operations, outreach operations, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on GoHighLevel experience .
• Demonstrated experience building complex GoHighLevel workflows and automations .
• Experience with branching logic, conditions, wait steps, custom values, and workflow-to-workflow triggers.
• Hands-on experience building funnels, landing pages, forms, and surveys .
• Experience configuring GoHighLevel calendars and booking systems .
• Experience building and managing email and SMS campaigns .
• Strong knowledge of Smart Lists, custom fields, custom values, tags, pipelines, and opportunities.
• Experience with high-volume CRM/contact imports and campaign tagging.
• Experience managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Practical understanding of email/SMS deliverability and compliance .
• Experience with suppression lists, exclusions, duplicate prevention, and unsubscribe management.
• Strong understanding of CRM data quality and pipeline accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Comfortable working directly with a Founder/Business Owner.
