Job Title: Field Project Coordinator

Location: Metro Manila (Field-Based)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dependable Field Project Coordinator to oversee multiple project sites, coordinate with project workers, and ensure projects are completed according to company standards. This role is primarily field-based and requires frequent travel between sites using your own motorcycle.The ideal candidate is organized, decisive, and comfortable handling workers, conducting site inspections, preparing punch lists, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site visits to monitor project progress.
• Supervise and coordinate project workers and subcontractors.
• Perform site inspections and identify deficiencies.
• Prepare, monitor, and close out punch lists before project turnover.
• Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and suppliers regarding project requirements.
• Monitor manpower attendance and productivity.
• Verify that materials, tools, and equipment are available on site.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies.
• Document project progress through reports and site photos.
• Report delays, quality concerns, and site issues promptly.
• Assist in project turnover and client inspections.
• Respond to urgent site concerns and perform field coordination as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related course is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction, fit-out, or interior projects.
• Experience supervising construction workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of finishing works and punch listing is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to read plans and construction drawings.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple project sites.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting applications.
• Willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila and nearby areas.

Requirements

• Must own a motorcycle .
• Valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License.
• Smartphone with camera for project documentation.
• Willing to render field work six (6) days per week.
