We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist in various tasks within the team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, help with lifting and organizing materials, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, or products.
- Support team members with manual labor and physical tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Help with inventory management and organization.
- Follow safety protocols and assist in ensuring a safe workspace.
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
- Provide assistance in various areas such as packing, cleaning, or setting up work areas.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive or support role is a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
