We are seeking a compassionate and supportive birthing helper to assist mothers during labor and delivery. The helper will provide emotional support, assist with comfort measures, and ensure the mother’s needs are met throughout the birthing process.
- Provide emotional and physical support to the mother during labor.
- Assist with breathing exercises, positioning, and comfort techniques.
- Help the mother stay hydrated and relaxed.
- Support the birthing team in maintaining a calm environment.
- Assist with any post-birth care as needed.
- Compassionate and calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a birthing or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and support the family’s wishes.
