Job Requirements
Open to Filipino and foreign nationals with a permanent visa in the Philippines
- Proficient in both Spanish and English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related courses.
- Background in shipping, logistics, freight, or supply chain is an advantage
- Having customer service experience is a big PLUS.
- Can start as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Work as Spanish Concierge for the shipments.
- Help customers reschedule the pick up of deliveries.
- Assist Spanish clients if they prefer email, chat or Calls.
- Provide notification to Spanish clients regarding Estimated delivery times.
- Provide freight cost estimates and quotation to Spanish Clients.
- Provide updates on confirmed booking and successful delivery of cargos.
- Guide customers on requirements for sensitive or oversized cargo.
- Help Spanish customers how to navigate the Mobile Online App for easy booking.
