Job Description:
The Marketing Supervisor leads and coordinates marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. They oversee marketing team activities, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure strategies align with organizational goals.
Skills & Competencies:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, Google Analytics).
● Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, content creation, and branding strategies.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Creative thinking with attention to detail.
● Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
