Responsible for the proper and careful checking of all the physical attributes of the company's products to assure conformity to the specifications.
To practice due diligence in qualifying each sheet in terms of the physical dimensions including allowable tolerances as well as other attributes that include color/shade, and surface appearance
To assist in the setting of the slitters by providing immediate feedback to the Process Assistant on the resulting width of the sheet.
To carefully pack the sheets that passed the in-line quality inspection while ensuring the correct number of sheets per pack. Packaging details must be made clearly visible.
To be responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of the inspection and measuring instruments he uses. He must immediately notify the Shift-In-Charge of any damage or calibration need if any
