Production Supervisor

- Supervises all phases of work during his shift. Judiciously manages the resources in his shift to be able to meet the production schedule.
- Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing training and support as needed.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock orders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferably one year of which is in Supervisory position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
