Production Supervisor

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering course, Quality Management, Logistics, Business course or equivalent.
- Candidate must have 5 years experience in Manufacturing particularly in Garments Industry
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Manages production activities using available resources to accomplish Master Production Schedule (MPS) and to serve Sales demands on time.
- Directs production department making sure that work methods and procedures used are accordance with company standards and production guidelines
- Guarantees maximize all resources by securing adequate and continuous supply of work load to production line;
- Oversee performance of the whole Production Department ensuring methods and procedures used is in accordance with company standards and production guidelines.
- Responsible for the smooth running the production and the quality output.
