Credit and Collection Officer

Assist in monitoring customer accounts and outstanding balances
Prepare and send billing statements, invoices, and collection reminders
Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments through calls, emails, or messages
Maintain accurate records of payments, collections, and customer accounts
Coordinate with the Accounting and Sales teams to resolve billing and payment concerns
Prepare collection reports and other related documentation.
