Finance Manager
Pretiolas Philippines Inc. (Auntie Anne's Philippines)
Key Responsibilities
· Financial Planning : Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models aligned with business growth.
· Strategic Analysis : Analyze store performance, market trends, and expansion opportunities.
· Bank Relations: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including loan negotiations, credit facilities, treasury services, merchant facilities, and financing arrangements.
· Capital Management : Oversee funding strategies, debt management, cash flow planning, and investment decisions.
· Treasury Management: Monitor liquidity, working capital, and cash requirements across all stores and business units.
· Cost Optimization : Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across 100+ stores.
· LGU Compliance Coordination: Oversee financial coordination related to mayor’s permits, business permits, local taxes, and other LGU regulatory requirements for stores and corporate offices.
· Collaboration : Work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with BIR, SEC, and other Philippine regulatory requirements.
· Risk Management : Assess financial risks, implement controls, and safeguard company assets.
· Executive Support : Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO/COO for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. MBA or CFA preferred.
· Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in corporate finance, treasury, or financial planning, with at least 3 years in a managerial role . QSR, retail, or FMCG experience is preferred.
· Certifications: CPA is a plus, but not required . CFA or MBA strengthens candidacy.
· Skills:
o Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
o Knowledge of Philippine taxation and regulatory environment
o Treasury management and bank relationship experience
o Familiarity with LGU permits and local tax compliance
o Expertise in capital planning and investment analysis
o Leadership and team management abilities
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
