Sr. Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Direct financial planning, analysis, and risk management across the organization

· Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance functions

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

· Ensure regulatory compliance with BIR, SEC, and external auditors

· Develop strategies for cost optimization, profitability, and long-term growth

· Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA Required.

· At least 8 years of progressive finance experience, with 4 years in a managerial role

· Outsourcing and Offshoring /Shared Services industry experience

· Financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

· End to end accounting and bookkeeping experience

· Cash management and taxation

· Hands-on experience dealing with PEZA and local sales processing fee, charges, taxes

· Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, and compliance in the Philippines

· Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills

· Excellent leadership, business acumen, and strategic decision-making ability
