Finance Manager

- Oversee financial planning and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasting expenditures, and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage cash flow and financial reporting activities, presenting insights to senior management.
- Supervise financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in finance management or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional travel for financial meetings.
